SCS handled preliminary budgeting and contractor selection while working closely with Chapman Construction on scheduling, coordination, cost control, and change order management. SCS acted as a liaison between Inspectional Services and the project.

Stevenson Consulting simultaneously provided CMa services to replace the atrium smoke exhaust system. The existing fans were 30+ years old and belt driven, meaning they were no longer performing properly. The new 18,000 CFM direct drive fans eliminate the need for belt maintenance.
