Stevenson Consulting Services provided Owners Project Management for the Cognex Corporate Fitness Center. SCS works closely with Gorman Richardson Lewis Architects to develop the design and provides preliminary budgeting and scheduling. SCS actively participated in the contractor selection process and final contract value by working closely with Chapman Construction on coordination and cost control.

Stevenson Consulting Services also provided CMa services to develop the base building infrastructure for the Fitness Center including a new Boiler Room and natural gas integration. SCS worked with Fitzmeyer & Tocci for the preliminary boiler room design.
